Terms and Conditions of Booking

BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS FROM US TO YOU

The Beeches will always send by e mail or post a BEECHES BOOKING CONFIRMATION sheet which confirms your booking details for B&B, Dinners, Therapies and Outdoor Activities. 

This BEECHES BOOKING CONFIRMATION sheet is the only document that guarantees your booking with us is secure and it should be taken with you to The Beeches when you come if possible. 

Please note that this is a specific document generated by “us” at the Beeches and delivered to you. 
It is NOT a copy of YOUR Beeches Booking Form.

B&B TERMS AND CONDITIONS

B&B Bookings must be accompanied by a non refundable deposit of £10 per person per night.  Dinner B&B for package guests requires a £20 per person per person per night deposit.
The balance of B&B fees must be paid prior to departure.

Cancellation of any B&B, or Dinner B&B booking within 24 hours of stated arrival time requires the clients to pay full fees.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We endeavour to cater for all diets and tastes and ask guests to provide DIETARY REQUIREMENTS FORMS in advance of their stay to clarify any special requirements.  When we have this information we can create menus that reflect clients preferences.

THERAPIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit of £10 per hour must be paid in advance with therapy bookings.  You do not need to specify your chosen therapies in advance.  The timing of therapy sessions can be booked in advance at mutual convenience to therapist and the client.

The balance of therapy fees must be paid prior to departure.

Cancellation of any Therapy booking within 24 hours of stated arrival time requires the clients to pay full fees.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All participants must complete a MEDICAL DECLARATION FORM prior to the experience. 
The confidential details provided on this form should enable the person facilitating your activity experience to provide appropriate medical help and support if required.

NB: If you are in any doubt about your physical ability to participate in this outdoor experience, please consult your own doctor for advice.

Whilst every effort will be made during sessions to safeguard your well being, outdoor activities do carry an element of risk and unavoidable accidents can occur.

BOOKING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

To confirm your request to engage in an OUTDOOR ACTIVITY and reserve a place on any activity experience a BEECHES BOOKING FORM must be submitted stating your EXACT ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS CLEARLY, with non returnable deposit of £25 per person per day. The balance of fees must be paid prior to departure.  A Beeches Confirmation Sheet will then be sent to you confirming the arrangement.

Please note that all contracts of work for outdoor activities will be subject to the following cancellation fees.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITY CANCELLATION FEES

Bookings cancelled by the client 15 – 28 days prior to the delivery date. Booking Client is liable for payment of 70% of the full fee.

Bookings cancelled by the client 0 – 14 days prior to the starting date. Booking Client is liable for payment of 100% of the full fee.

BEECHES CANCELLATION

In the very unlikely event of The Beeches having to cancel any booking, a full refund of deposits will be paid to the booking client.
