Paddle and Pamper |
| A wonderful combination of open canoeing and complementary
therapies that allow beginners and seasoned Canadian canoe paddlers
the opportunity to
have play time on the River Spey, complimented by personal pamper time at
The Beeches. The perfect choice for water babies who also like healing therapies
to soothe and nurture their whole self. We recommend that each participant
experiences 2 hours of nurturing therapies to facilitate a balance of their
inner being while the outdoor canoeing experience ideally nourishes their
water element. Dates available upon request. (minimum of 4 paddlers required in group) |
Golf and Glow |
| Play and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Newtonmore
and or Kingussie 18 hole Golf Courses and savour a collection
of wrap around therapy treatments
to relax and sooth those tense and tired muscles.
Glow with radiance from a combination of the invigorating outdoors and a delicious indulgence in restorative, balancing therapies chosen with only you in mind. Golf and Glow offers a unique ‘all round’ experience that inspires golf fanatics and recreational enthusiasts who simply wish to appreciate nature and feel relaxed and rejuvenated along the way. Dates available upon request. Daily charge per person for 2 hours of therapies, one golf round and

Special Celebrations |
| We can host ‘alternative mini break’ celebrations for up to 10 people to share time and activities at The Beeches. There is the possibility of indulging in a combination of outdoor activities, natural therapies or personal development journeys as part of your special celebration. You could add a unique touch by booking in for an ‘extra special celebratory dinner’ for you and your guests. We would be delighted to discuss your particular interests and preferences and help you sculpt a programme that would allow you to have the perfectly blended celebration to mark your special occasion. |
Trek and Treat |
| With
the friendly Cairngorms and Monadhliaths in the locality there is
no shortage of hill walking opportunities to cater for all levels
of capability. Dave can select an enchanting route to suit your group
and offer a guided walk with plenty folklore stories along the way
to familiarise you with the surroundings. This is a distinctive opportunity
to be at peace with nature in stunning locations that are a feast
for the senses. To enhance the experience even further we invite you to recline and have your feet and body systems balanced by soothing and relaxing therapies to give you that fantastic, all over, feel good factor. Therapies can be chosen to suit the individual and each person can have a delightful combination of treatments to pamper them perfectly.

Cancer Care Retreats |
| Jude Craig has completed Post Graduate training with Gayle MacDonald an American Oncology specialist and offers deliciously nurturing, gentle ‘comfort massage’ or Reflexology that supports people who are midst chemotherapy and radiotherapy programmes for the treatment of cancer. |

You will be invited to indulge in lots of nourishing, colourful, nutritious cuisine that encourages optimum vitality and aids the natural cleansing processes of the body.
